By signing in to this Rankless Account, you agree to these terms as the individual named on this account.

This account is your personal front door to Rankless: a roster of the company workspaces you have access to, your affiliate earnings (if you’re linked as a Rankless affiliate), and your own name/password. Opening a company from your roster takes you into that business’s own separate workspace, governed by its own terms.

Accounts are created by Rankless or by invitation. Keep your credentials confidential, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. A company only appears on your roster if you were actually granted access to it — this account can’t create that access on its own.

Don’t attempt to access a company workspace you weren’t granted access to, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or use this service to store or transmit unlawful content.

Either side may end this arrangement per your agreement with Rankless. We may suspend access that we believe is compromised or abusive while we investigate.

This service is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We’ll update the effective date above when we do.
